GVA Redilco, the company of Redilco Group for advisory, corporate services and real estate brokerage, received from BNP Paribas Real Estate the exclusive assignment for the lease of two office buildings, in via Bernina – Milan and near the Milanofiori Business Center.
Via Bernina 12, project realized for BNL Realty Fund Portfolio managed by BNP Paribas REIM Sgr, is a complex formed by two buildings with an extension of 12.000 sq. m. in via Bernina Milan, with an opportunity of access also from via Piazzi, near Piazzale Maciachini and Viale Valtellina. The area is easily accessible and served by the principal public transports, like the underground line MM3 – Maciachini, the rail link – Lancetti and other many bus and tram lines.The building has 45 internal car parking available, besides other external parking.
